How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for peak wedding season (May-October). Popular Saturday dates in summer can book up to a year out. That said, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests — check your date and we'll let you know.

How long does setup and teardown take?

Typical setup takes 60-90 minutes depending on the package size. We arrive well before your guests and are fully set up before cocktail hour begins. Teardown takes about 30 minutes — we strike quietly at the end of the night while your last guests are heading out.

What if it rains on our outdoor wedding?

All our outdoor equipment is IP65 weather-rated, meaning it's fully protected against rain. We also carry backup indoor plans for every outdoor setup. We monitor the weather closely in the days leading up to your event and will proactively communicate any adjustments.

Do we need to provide power?

Most of our LED fixtures are wireless and battery-powered — no extension cords or power drops needed. For larger productions with moving heads or haze machines, we'll coordinate power requirements with your venue in advance. We handle all the logistics.

Can you match our wedding colours?

Absolutely. Our LED fixtures can produce any colour in the spectrum. During our planning consultation, we'll match your palette exactly and program custom colour scenes into the DMX controller. You'll approve the colours before the event.

Are cold sparks safe for indoor venues?

Yes — cold sparks use titanium powder that produces sparks which are cool to the touch within seconds. There's no fire risk, no smoke, and no residue. Most venues that prohibit traditional pyrotechnics approve cold sparks. We carry all necessary safety certifications and insurance.

Most venues, patios and backyards look stunning in daylight, then flatten out the moment the sun sets. DIY string lights from the hardware store have one mode: on. No dimming for the first dance, no colour match to your palette or brand, and nobody to fix it when a strand dies at 9 PM.

We design the lighting around your timeline, hang it on proper cable and hardware, and run it live from a DMX console: bright and social for cocktails, warm and low for dinner, a cinematic dip for the first dance or the speeches, and full colour for the party. For holiday events we bring the decor too, so the garland, the tree and the light are designed as one look.
