How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for peak wedding season (May-October). Popular Saturday dates in summer can book up to a year out. That said, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests — check your date and we'll let you know.

How long does setup and teardown take?

Typical setup takes 60-90 minutes depending on the package size. We arrive well before your guests and are fully set up before cocktail hour begins. Teardown takes about 30 minutes — we strike quietly at the end of the night while your last guests are heading out.

Question 3

What if it rains on our outdoor wedding?

All our outdoor equipment is IP65 weather-rated, meaning it's fully protected against rain. We also carry backup indoor plans for every outdoor setup. We monitor the weather closely in the days leading up to your event and will proactively communicate any adjustments.

Do we need to provide power?

Most of our LED fixtures are wireless and battery-powered — no extension cords or power drops needed. For larger productions with moving heads or haze machines, we'll coordinate power requirements with your venue in advance. We handle all the logistics.

Can you match our wedding colours?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our LED fixtures can produce any colour in the spectrum. During our planning consultation, we'll match your palette exactly and program custom colour scenes into the DMX controller. You'll approve the colours before the event.

Question 6

Are cold sparks safe for indoor venues?

Accepted Answer

Yes — cold sparks use titanium powder that produces sparks which are cool to the touch within seconds. There's no fire risk, no smoke, and no residue. Most venues that prohibit traditional pyrotechnics approve cold sparks. We carry all necessary safety certifications and insurance.

Do you provide a technician for the whole event?

Every package includes an on-site technician for the duration of your event. They handle setup, run the lighting live throughout the evening (including real-time dimming for first dances, speeches, etc.), and manage teardown. You never have to think about the lights.

What's the difference between your packages?

Accepted Answer

The Romantic Glow focuses on warm amber tones and string lights — perfect for rustic and intimate settings. The Modern Gala uses crisp whites and precision pinspots for an editorial feel. The Epic Afterparty adds moving lights, haze, and cold sparks for maximum wow factor. All packages include DMX control and an on-site technician.

Do you work with our DJ or planner?

Always. We coordinate with your DJ on music cues (dimming for first dance, ramping up for party time) and with your planner on timeline and logistics. We're used to working as part of a vendor team and pride ourselves on being easy to collaborate with.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in London, ON and serve the entire region including Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph, Stratford, St. Thomas, and Woodstock. Travel within this area is included in all packages — no hidden fees.
